Football is so not my thing

Okay, I know. Guys are suppose to like playing football right? Well, I'm the exception to the rule!! Me no good at football. I have no interest in it as well. But i find it kind of fun, sometimes. Anyway, yesterday got PE. Today also got, but yesterdays one was the worst. My head got bumped like throwing a rock towards a balloon! Ok, I totally underestimated Jagathis, one of my fellow classmates. Even though he is one small kid, he sure can kick damn hard. Then the ball came flying towards me from my side (not in my sight, so I couldn't see the ball coming). Yeah, so, it really hurts. But the pain is only temporary. Thank goodness.

Today, there was a replacement class just now, following Friday's time table. That's why today also have PE. Then also have 2 periods of free time. Oh wait, mustn't forget bout the free period Mr Tey gave. The whole BM period became free periods! Lastly, for Geography, we had to answer some math questions about Transformations. Sigh...

Turpentine stinks!

Yup, turpentine stinks. It all started like this... I was dreaming of a - wait, that's too far behind... okay, it all, really, started like this: I brought a bottle of oily, smelly, clear turpentine to clean my class' filthy white board. In the end, the board was about 76% clean. Why 76? If you look at the board, you'll wonder "who's that idiot who scrathed the board!?" and if you tried to "thoroughly" clean the board, you'll obviously say "f*** u black permanent ink" or something similar... Some patches of ink could not be wiped off the board. How joyfully sad. I know, "joy" and "sad" won't mix. But think about it this way: Joy is positive, so give it a '+1', and sad is negative, so give it a '-1', add them together makes: 1-1=0; 0 is neither positive nor negative, so, I guess you can say "no feeling" or something like that.

So after school ended, I ran back home. Correction, I walked back home, as happy as I can ever be. Then ate my lunch (erm... as hungry as I can ever be??). Then go back to school to do more cleaning up, like, scraping off the stuff on the class' wall. After that, I touched more turpentine, for some unexplainable reasons. Then i went back home, washed with soap. It still smells. When it kena H2O, it stinks like mad. Then when i take my bath in the evening, washed with more soap, scrub here and there like I was trying to strip the skin off my hand. And you know what, it still smells. Ai yoo!! I so hate turpentine!!! Stupid C10H16 !!

"Okay, enough with the whining!" said Bee Lee. And now, let's get on with something better, Piano!!!! Yahoo!!! Piano rules! But I suck like hell!!! Argh!!! Oh, David lend(..erm... how do you spell the past tense of lend??) me his book containing music scores for piano. I can't play many of them, but i'm still learning. Oh, I seem to have found my favourite piece:

It is damn nice. Me wanna play it, but the music just goes too fast for my fingers.

Yay!!! Got a piano!!!!

Thanks to my pal, Shamand, I finally got my piano!!! I'm so happy now!!! Too bad though, I suck at playing it, but, you know what they say, practice makes perfect! Now, I'm looking for simple music scores for me to play. Actually, it is more of a keyboard than a piano. It feels different than an acoustic piano. Yes, this is an electric piano/keyboard. Anyway, who cares, I finally got what I wished for!!!

omg!!! I became APL!!!

Okay, I have no idea why I became APL, since I see myself as "irresponsible". But I got to accept it anyway. The bad part is, i got to attend Scout's Meeting more often (wait, aren't everyone suppose to do that? Guess I'm just lazy. Hehe). Yeah, so, err... APL... Sigh... More work. So, that's all about what happened today lah.

Ah... back to blogging

yeah, so, as you've noticed, I haven't been posting for quite a while already. There's nothing much I can say bout my holidays, apart from learning how to play "Fur Elise" on the piano!!! (I'm so proud of myself). Ahh... piano... so nice!!! I want more!!!

Oh, it seems that the scouts camp has been postponed, AGAIN!!!

Now, let's leave that topic and focus on something more... important... ... I love Armadillo Run!!! Oh, what's that you say? It is a physics-based game. Very nice. And thanks to Seck Wei, I'm addicted to it. What's the game about? Oh, you just need to place platforms to allow the poor armadillo (which is trapped in a another dimension) to go into the portal, while not exceeding the your limited amount of budget. Very fun game.

Speaking of games, Project J-Balls is now under "suspension", since my "level designer", Mr. Shamand, could not use the level editor I made for him on his computer. So, I'll have to delay the release time for my game. Sigh...

"Great Teeth, Great Smile"

OK, I got that slogan in a Polyclinic yesterday. I went to the dental department and registered, only to realise that I should've brought my IC. I never always bring my IC, since my wallet is a little "bulky" for me. Not very comfy actually. So, anyway, I still get to enter the "torture chamber". Now why do I need to go through all this trouble? Well, last Saturday, at night, after dinner, I felt something sticking out of my tooth, so, I thought "why don't I take it out with my fingers?" So, I went poking around my tooth and suddenly ONE WHOLE CHUNK came out, and I was like "OMG!!! Could this mean tooth decay?". So then I told my father I need to go see dentist. But then next day, I had to go to Sunway Pyramid's skating rink with some people. So, I went to the dentist yesterday. And what she did? She took a sort of a hook thing and went poking all over my mouth to look for cavities I think. In the end, there wasn't anything, and I'm free to go.

My nightmare hasn't end yet though. Today, I had to go interview two STPM top scorers, and it came out better than I expected. The people I interviewed was very nice, but I guess I'll need to brush up on my interviewing skills eh? I was very nervous at first. Yeah, so that's it.

Wahh!!! Muscle Cramp!!!

Yes that's right!!! I got a muscle cramp. I shouldn't have jumped for the high jump. Sheesh!!! I hate myself... nahh, not really. I love myself. Anyway, my cramp is better than just now, after applying Yokoyoko, which kind of irritates my skin a bit. Argh!!! Stupid cramp!!! Oh, holiday's gonna start tomorrow. I'm so happy!!! I wanna go to my cousin's house and play the piano there. But, I won't be staying over there for too long, since on Tuesday (next week. Yes, the holiday week...) I was asked to do an assignment. I have to go interview some SPM/STPM top scorers and write a report bout it. Sigh... I should've signed up for the Graphics Department...

Project JBalls...

OK, don't ask me about the name. I know it sounds stupid. But anyway, it's a new game I'm starting, since I've already finished my Mr Ball. It is a game that my good ol' friend Shamand suggested. I'm not gonna say how I got the name as it would result in a total humiliation for the person involved. What's the game about? Okay, have you seen the old game called Breakout? Here's the image:

Taken from http://www.liquid-reality.de/main/projects/breakout/breakout.jpg

You might have played it before, maybe on the computer, or on a game console, whatever. If you wanna play one, go google up DX-Ball, and download. Yeah, so I'm making one of that, but maybe I'll add more stuff.

Alright, now let's talk about school. What happened today? Well, my class just sat for a Moral Test. Didn't really expect to see some questions asking for definitions of the moral values. So argh!!! Hmm... I guess that's all that's interesting that happened.

Went to Malacca

I went to malacca yesterday. It was my second visit to Malacca. Why? Well, you see, my sister wanted to go to the GACC convention held in the Multimedia University. She wanted to meet the seiyuu of erm... Ichigo (from Bleach), who is Morita Masakazu. I have no interest in Bleach however. Yeah, that was her intention. So while she was having fun there, my mother and I went sightseeing around malacca. We went to the Jonker street and walked all the way to the end. We stopped by at a Cendol shop and, of course, ate Cendol. Then, we walked to another street, which is narrower than the Jonker, and suddenly came to a building named Jehan Chan Art Gallery. I have no idea who that was but we went in. My mother knew who he was - an artist. I was surprised to see a famous artist, which i have no idea whatsoever about his existence, right in front of me, because I thought that he was... you know... d-e-a-d. (No offense, ok Mr Chan). Yeah so, everyone talked and talked, and I was just admiring his arts. The paintings of water looked damn nice. So after spending an hour or two in the gallery, we finally at our lunch in a chicken rice shop, which, surprisingly, sells Duck meat. After that, we walked all the way to the Stadhuys. Then, we ran back to our car as the rain was falling. We went to park our car somewhere near the Crocodile Park, and napped in the car. Half an hour later, we came out, and found out that the entrance fee to the crocodile park was a little too much, so off we went to Jusco. Nature was calling... Ahem, anyway, after answering the call from nature, we went to fetch my sister from the university, then came all the way back to PJ. So that's all that happened yesterday.

Whoa!!! I got scratched!!

Today's orientation was cool!!! I love the games!!! Make everyone all wet. Luckily I brought clothes. So many things to do there. I can give you a whole list of it:
  1. We had to run a grab the bottle that is placed on the floor. Our opponents will also try to reach the bottle first as well. Then whoever gets the bottle had to run back to his/her team and will be awarded a point. But this is not the case if the opposing team touches you while you're running with the bottle in your arm. I got scratched badly when I fell.
  2. The girls and boys are separated into 2 teams (girls and boys). Both teams have all their members make a circle and face one side. Then everyone have to sit on each other's laps. Our legs sored like hell. However, the girls won 3 times, and the boys just dishonoured the "Man's code of Man-liness"
  3. Then, we have a sort of "station-to-station games". Firstly, everyone is broken up to teams according to colours, then they are sent to different places in the school to get tortured. First game my team got to do was a sort of a "Commando Cross". Everyone got to crawl to the end and retrieve an M&M from the plate with their mouth, then got to cross over some strings with a very awkward shoe, which will cause you pain. Simple enough?? Oh, I haven't even told you bout the details. You will be splattered with flour and splashed with water while crawling. And the plate, it is filled with flour and you'll got to look for the M&Ms. So that's one part.
  4. Next station, we got to pass water balloons without breaking them. It's very hard for me to explain how to do it by typing, but it's kind of tough, i guess. We lost, so we got splashed by water again and some got pummeled by water balloons.
  5. After that station, we moved to somewhere near the Q.M room at the Canteen. In this station, i think 2 from our team volunteered to go suck some worms up the straw. I'm not sure how the game works, so moving on...
  6. We went to the gazebo. Now, we have to stick our head into a polystyrene box filled with ice-cold water, whilst being blind-folded. If you could retrieve any ping-pong balls from the water after 20 seconds, you get drenched with cold water. And yes, it's very cold. You can actually see a cloud of condensation.
  7. The next station, we had to pass egg yolks to the person behind, without looking at him/her but only moving your arms. Very fun, but disgusting.
  8. We get to throw and catch water balloons, but out team leader wasted our chances by dropping 2 balloons, and the last balloon to drop caused everyone to get punished by doing push ups.
  9. Next, we went into war with some seniors. 5 from our team had to throw water balloons to those seniors. They'll also counter-attack using eggs, since they ran out of water balloons. Whoever gets hit is out.
  10. Last station. We got to use 2 straws and place 1 worm into 1 plate. Everyone got to do for this. I'm not sure why, but in the end, someone got to drink a nasty concoction of green tea and apple juice, i think. But it was a nasty shade of grey.
Yeah, so these were the games that I played today. Enjoyed them. But, I hate the cold water drenching part. Very cold, especially when it's raining.
